A fantastic £206.30 was raised at the Macmillan World’s Biggest Coffee Morning event held at Flitwick Market on Friday 25th September. Visitors to the market were able to enjoy tea, coffee and cake in return for a donation to the charity.  The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan Cancer Support’s biggest fundraising event.

Flitwick Fun Palace is back! Last year’s event was a great success with people taking the opportunity to learn new skills and try a wide range of activities from Morris Dancing, Karate and Book Folding to learning to play Bridge and the Ukulele! Councillor Thompson grew up in Flitwick and still lives in the town commuting to London for her job as a Senior Planning Manager for Macmillan
