Land South of Steppingley Road

A planning application has been submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council for the building of 200 homes on Land South of Steppingley Road, opposite the Leisure Centre.
The Planning Improvement Working Group of the Town Council is encouraging all residents to view the plans and submit their comments on the application before the end of the consultation period on 25th November 2022.
