Note: Event Date - 13th June 2026. Limited Availability. Stalls are issued on a first come, first served, basis, however we limit the number of alike items to give the public variety and allow the trader to have a good day’s trade. By completing the form, you are requesting to be considered for a space. If you apply with something that is not available, you will be placed on a waiting list. Each pitch is £250. Traders will be allocated a 5m x 3m pitch. If you require a larger pitch, please still complete the form and include your vehicle/stall size, and we will be in touch. Traders must supply their own equipment. All gazebos must be weighted. All vendors must include Liability insurance details, risk assessments, and proof of a food hygiene rating 4 or 5. No alcohol. No ice cream trucks. Vendor trading times: 12 noon – 7pm. Set Up Times: 9am-11am.
