50 Volunteers Come Together To Plant Tiny Forest

The Town Council would like to thank everyone who braved the elements today to help with the planting of the Tiny Forest at Hinksley Recreation Ground.
One thing we couldn’t control was the weather but it certainly did not put people off joining us with an incredible 50 volunteers turning up to help.
Town Mayor, Cllr Andy Snape, together with Cllr Dan Toinko, Cllr Robert Wilsmore, Cllr Sue Livens and Cllr Fraser Patterson, joined in with volunteers and pupils from Flitwick Lower School and Kingsmoor Lower School l to plant 600 trees for this fantastic project. A team from St Gobain Weber also joined us for planting this afternoon.
