New Basketball Court For Millennium Park

Following a successful application for funding from the Town Council, work has has started on a new Basketball Court on the hardstanding area at Millennium Park.
The basketball hoops and court markings have been funded by The Police and Crime Commissioner’s (PCC) Grant Fund and Team Beds & Luton which includes Sport England and the National Lottery.
4YP who assisted in getting part of the funding, will be holding some coaching sessions with young people in the town once they have been installed.
The Town Council hopes that the new facility will be a popular addition to the existing play area and skate park facilities in Millennium Park.
