We handle all the necessary local authority applications on our clients behalf and also undertake liaison with any other parties needed within the design and approval process including Structural Engineers, Energy Efficiency consultant and Sewer Providers where needed. We offer a free initial (no obligation) consultation to discuss client schemes with our fees proposed on a project by project basis.
