Take Part in The Arts PDF Print E-mail

FF_Logo

Flitwick Festival kicks off this March!   As the logo above indicates we want to encourage people to Take Part in The Arts and celebrate creative talent as a community.   Spanning a four month period we aim to deliver a range of artistic activities, competitions, performances and events.   Headlining this year is the award winning Stand-Up Comedian Paul Sinha on Friday 9th April, guaranteed to be a show stopper!

You don't need to be an all-singing, all-dancing creative writer to get involved - come along for a laugh or a listen!   Enjoy the orchestral concert brought to you by Symphonia Academica, be entertained at the folk night or wander around the Arts and Crafts Exhibition.

If you DO want to actively take part in the Arts?   Then something from this list must grab your eye: salsa taster session, quiz night, photography competition, arts and crafts exhibition, tea dance and more to come!   Should you wish to submit a piece of art work for the Exhibition please contact the office (Exhibition dates from 26th April - 10th May).

If you would like to get involved with the Festival, please contact Dianne or Steph on 01525 631900.
